As a sole practitioner, I emphasize on the importance of building an honest and professional relationship with my clients so to provide the highest quality of service. My boutique business law firm is tailored to deliver the full attentiveness of my client’s needs. We apply our creative thinking to help our clients build smart business strategies so that they can ultimately thrive in the competitive market. Similarly, we protect our client’s businesses by navigating them through the complexities of business regulations to ensure compliance.

I have been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since January 2009, and in the State of Maryland since September 2023. I started my legal career as a trial attorney for the State of Florida by protecting the most vulnerable children in Florida from abuse, abandonment, and neglect. Eventually, I moved to Washington, DC to work for the Federal government where I protected the integrity of Federal national programs as well as the rights of Americans who qualify for the benefits from these programs.

Outside of my work, I am a community activist. I consider myself a champion and an advocate for democracy. When I was four, I escaped the social injustice occurring in Taiwan with my grandparents, back when Taiwan was still an authoritarian society. I am blessed to have been raised in our democratic society under American values. To give back to our great nation that protected my fundamental freedom and my basic human rights, I passionately share and defend our principles of democracy both domestically and internationally. I am a co-founder and board member of a national non-profit organization that strengthens America’s relations with other democratic societies around the world. This includes the encouragement of people-to-people exchanges and the exploration of international business and trade opportunities.
